Who Am I?
I’m a hospitality consultant, speaker, and a big believer in finding a healthier way to run a business in an industry that rarely slows down.
As the founder of Ojo Rojo—a multi-award-winning restaurant and mezcal cocktail bar in Bournemouth—I’ve spent nearly a decade in the chaos, creativity, and constant challenges of hospitality. But it wasn’t just the day-to-day pressure that shaped my mission. It was the burnout. The anxiety. The personal toll that came with it.
That’s why my focus now is on something too many in this industry overlook: wellbeing.
Through honest conversations, practical tools, and no-fluff advice, I help hospitality owners rethink how they lead and how they live. I talk openly about the pressure behind the scenes—the stuff that doesn’t make it into highlight reels: burnout, financial stress, difficult teams, long hours, and the mental load of being the one who has to hold it all together.
I share real-world advice and personal insight across my blog and social platforms, mixing operational strategy with wellness that actually works. Because success shouldn’t come at the cost of your health.
Whether you’re just starting out, fully in the thick of it, or quietly struggling behind a “successful” front, I want you to know this: you don’t have to burn out to succeed.

Creating Awareness
To help hospitality owners and leaders rebuild businesses that support their lives — not consume them.
Through coaching, community, and honest content, I’m here to show that success in hospitality doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your wellbeing, your relationships, or yourself.
Mission
Vision
Speaking Out
A new era of hospitality leadership where thriving businesses are built on healthy, sustainable foundations.
I believe hospitality can be a place where creativity, community, and wellbeing go hand in hand — and that every owner deserves the tools, support, and mindset to lead without losing themselves in the process.
Values
Honesty Over Hype
Real conversations. Real experiences. Real solutions. I believe change starts with honesty — not pretending everything’s fine when it isn’t.
Human First, Business Second
The people behind the business matter most. Always. Supporting the owner means supporting the business too — not the other way around.
Progress, Not Perfection
Small steps lead to big shifts. I don’t believe in overnight fixes or unrealistic promises — just genuine, sustainable progress, one decision at a time.
Community and Connection
Loneliness shouldn’t be part of leadership. Through my Skool community and content, I’m building spaces where hospitality leaders can find support, share wins, and know they’re not alone.
Leading With Heart (and Systems)
It’s not enough to “care” — good leadership also needs structure. I help owners put real systems in place so they can lead well without losing their energy, purpose, or sanity.
